In 2015, the Ron Faoro, DVM, scholarship was established in memory of past CVMA president, Dr. Ron Faoro. The scholarship opportunities exemplify Dr. Faoro’s commitment to leadership in the veterinary profession.
The CVMF will be awarding $2,500 scholarships to second, third and fourth-year veterinary students for their role in leadership. Applicants must be students in good standing at the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine or the Western University College of Veterinary Medicine.
The deadline for application submission is April 15, 2022. Recipients will be selected by the CVMF Ron Faoro DVM Student Scholarship Fund Subcommittee and the winners will be notified in June.
